DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From Austin Bergstrom Int'l Airport/Highway 71 East (Houston)

• Exit the airport and head west on Highway 71
• Continue on Highway 71 for approximately 11 miles
• Exit Capital of Texas Highway/Loop 360 and continue west
• Continue on Capital of Texas Highway/Loop 360 for approximately 9 miles until you see the "360 Bridge" ahead.
• Exit right before the bridge and loop under the bridge.
• Turn right at your first possible right after passing under the bridge on Plaza on the Lake
• Turn into the first driveway on your right which is our building (closest to the water)

From Downtown Austin

• Head west on Sixth Street and turn north onto MoPac/Loop 1
• Continue on MoPac/Loop 1 for approximately four miles
• Exit RR 2222/Northland Drive and turn left
• Continue on RR 2222 for approximately five miles until you come to Capital of Texas Highway/Loop 360
• Turn left and proceed over the "360 Bridge"
• Turn right at the first possible right after the bridge onto Plaza on the Lake
• Take Plaza on the Lake around until the first and only building on your left
• U-Turn into the driveway in front of the building (closest to the water)

From IH-35 North (Dallas/Waco)

• Take the Highway 183 exit and turn right onto the feeder road
• Head north on Highway 183 for approximately five miles until you come to Capital of Texas Highway/Loop 360
• Head south on Capital of Texas Highway/Loop 360 for approximately five miles and proceed over the "360 Bridge"
• Turn right at the first possible right after the bridge onto Plaza on the Lake
• Take Plaza on the Lake around until the first and only building on your left
• U-Turn into the driveway in front of the building (closest to the water)

From IH-35 South (San Antonio)

• Take the Highway 71/Ben White Boulevard exit and turn left
• Head west on Highway 71/Ben White Boulevard for approximately four miles
• Exit Capital of Texas Highway/Loop 360 and continue west
• Continue on Capital of Texas Highway/Loop 360 for approximately 9 miles until you see the "360 Bridge" ahead.
• Exit right before the bridge and loop under the bridge.
• Turn right at your first possible right after passing under the bridge on Plaza on the Lake
• Turn into the first driveway on your right which is our building (closest to the water)

From Highway 290 East (Houston)

• Take Highway 290 west of IH-35 (where it becomes Koenig Lane/RR 2222)
• Continue on Koenig Lane/RR 2222 for approximately eight miles until you come to Capital of Texas Highway/Loop 360
• Turn left and proceed over the "360 Bridge"
• Turn right at the first possible right after the bridge onto Plaza on the Lake
• Take Plaza on the Lake around until the first and only building on your left
• U-Turn into the driveway in front of the building (closest to the water)
